After studying history at Yale and Cambridge, I have worked as a high school educator for nearly a decade, mentoring students at top boarding and day schools in the United States, where I also have served as an academic advisor and on college admissions committees.

I help students develop authentically human and memorable personal statements and supplements. Students I’ve worked with have been accepted to Princeton, Dartmouth, Penn, Cornell, Berkeley, UT Austin, and more. I offer direct and caring feedback that pushes my students to write better, and ultimately take ownership of their story. Most students can complete a compelling personal statement within 3–5 sessions.
