For students struggling in English class, whether in their writing skills or interpretive abilities, individual work with an experienced teacher is the most effective way to make progress. Even in the best schools, teachers do not have the time to devote that attention to a single student. I can guarantee significant progress by working from the student's comfort zone outward.
I can be available for a short term "burst" of tutoring (this can be helpful for special projects, college essays, or other immediate concerns) or for ongoing weekly tutoring. I am available for tutoring in most areas of greater Los Angeles no more than an hour from central LA.
