Art school is prohibitively expensive for many and personalized instruction is an extremely important part of professional development. For students ready to take the commitment to become a professional I can also taylor a long term plan that will help you realize your goal for a fraction of cost of a traditional art school.
My love of teaching comes from my own experience of seeing how education creates self realization and opportunity. I graduated from the Art Center College of Design and have 10 years experience as a designer and illustrator having created work for Disney, Marvel and M&M's among many other fortune 500 companies in the entertainment, beauty and food industries.
In addition I have experience teaching both children and adults at the college level at the Art center College of Design and Art Institutes where I created step by step curriculums to help students move toward professional careers.
My philosophy is learning is fun and learning about art and design is a blast! My goal is to create a lesson plan that is right for you. I will learn about your goals before class and be prepared and leave you with a practice assignments you can continue after the session. My goal is your satisfaction so I bill never charge that the student or parent is not completely satisfied with the lesson.
