I am an enthusiastic 3rd year PhD student studying Epidemiology with a love for teaching and tutoring students. I have a lot of experience with teaching undergraduate and graduate students. I also taught algebra at a high school in New York for a year. I have tutored students all over New York and Los Angeles.

I am very experienced with Elementary level schoolwork as I've worked with many elementary students in the past. I recently worked with first grade students and helped them with their English language skills. Many of the students were behind in their reading, and I helped them strengthen their fluency skills. I also worked with 4th and 5th graders who needed help with math. Through various assignments and worksheets, I helped them understand different concepts that seemed difficult to them at first. I am very patient and seek to understand the students' difficulties in order to help them understand and overcome their weaknesses. I am particularly skilled in math and science, but I also have a lot of experience with english, especially for k-6th grade levels.

I am a 3rd year epidemiology PhD student at UCLA. I have completed all of my required coursework and am currently a teaching assistant for an undergraduate epidemiology course. I have experience teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate level. I also taught high school students for a year.
