HTML is a script language. It is used to create websites which are viewed in web browsers such as IE, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. I have used HTML for over ten years to create personal and client websites or web pages.

I've used a Macintosh computer for over ten years for business and personal use. I am more than able to help someone learn how to navigate, use the software, customize items, use finder to find files and folders, use keyboard shortcuts, switch between open apps and much more.

I used Microsoft Word personally and professionally for over 15 years. Microsoft Word is a Word Processing program which allows you to create and edit documents. If you are new to Word or want to refresh your skills, I can teach you the basics; how to write, edit, and create documents and enhance them by adding images or graphics, format text, use spell check, and more. This is a great way to learn word processing skills for the workplace.

So friendly and helpful

I had one tutoring session from Angela to learn how to create a logo I had designed using Illustrator. She was so patient with me and even went above and beyond in helping me. Before meeting me she started working on the drawing of the logo I sent her before we met so that she could efficiently guide me step by step on how I could go about creating it on my own using Illustrator. She was also very punctual and since working with her I have been able to go on to design many more logos and graphics and feel much more confident in working with Illustrator. Very patient and kind!

Angela went above and beyond to patiently explain and go over saving, sending and finding files. She also explained more about my computer to help me get an over all sense of how things work. She helped me calm down and not get frustrated when I didn't know something. Angela also went over the time allotted to make sure I understood everything clearly. She's really smart and very good at this. I will add again that she's very patient!! I will definitely have more sessions with her.
