Hi! I’m a Los Angeles–based vocalist, pianist, film composer, arranger, and music director. I graduated from Berklee College of Music on scholarship with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Scoring, focusing on Electronic Production and Design and minoring in Conducting.
My primary teaching areas are piano and voice, and I also teach music theory, composition, songwriting, arranging, and music production. I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style, helping them build strong musical foundations while developing creativity, technique, and confidence.
My musical background includes extensive classical vocal training under Czech opera singer Jana Jonasova and performance experience as both a vocalist and pianist. In 2023, I was selected as a soloist for Berklee à Les Arts: The Kiss, performing at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía opera house in Valencia, Spain.
As a film composer, I create original music and rescore existing works for visual media. I work with Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and Dorico, and have recorded original music at Berklee’s Shames Family Scoring Stage with the Berklee Motion Picture Orchestra. I also served as Music Director of the Audire Soundtrack Collective, leading orchestra and choir performances, and as President of the World Music Scoring Association.
I teach in both English and Mandarin and welcome students of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re learning your first song, preparing for a performance, or exploring songwriting and music production, I strive to make lessons inspiring, supportive, and enjoyable.
Above all, I believe music should feel accessible and meaningful, and I love helping students discover their own artistic voice.
