Suzanna G.

I’m Suzanna G., a Los Angeles–based professional singer and vocal coach who helps singers develop strong technique, confidence, and their authentic voice. My musical background began in North Carolina and continued at Wake Forest University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Communications. My early training was in classical voice, which gave me the technical foundation that supports everything I teach today.

Over the years I’ve built a versatile performing career in musical theatre, jazz, and contemporary styles. I’ve performed at venues such as Catalina Jazz Club and legendary Sunset Strip stages including The Whisky and The Roxy. I also regularly perform with a big band in Chicago and in Paris, France. My real-world performance experience allows me to guide singers not only in technique, but also in stage presence, musical interpretation, and confidence. In addition to teaching developing singers, I have worked with signed recording artists and celebrities preparing for performances and auditions.

I studied for fifteen years with Elisabeth Howard, founder of Vocal Power Academy, and became a certified instructor in the Vocal Power method. I’m also a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and have studied with Broadway legend Betty Buckley. In my lessons we focus on healthy vocal technique, breath support, tone, range development, and expressive performance. Whether you’re a beginner, preparing for auditions, or a professional singer, my goal is to help you develop a voice that is strong, flexible, and uniquely your own.
