I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, complemented by certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist and CompTIA IT Fundamentals, which have equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in computing. My educational journey has not only given me a strong foundation in programming, software applications, and computer systems, but also instilled a passion for helping others understand and leverage technology effectively. I continuously pursue professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging tools and trends in the field.

I have been teaching computer skills for over five years, working with students of varying ages, from middle school learners to adults seeking professional development. My experience spans both classroom settings and one-on-one tutoring, as well as volunteer work teaching basic computer literacy in community centers. I emphasize hands-on learning and interactive problem-solving, guiding students to not just follow instructions but to understand the “why” behind each concept. This approach helps students build confidence while developing practical skills they can apply immediately.

In my teaching, I adapt methods to fit the needs and learning styles of each student. Younger learners often benefit from gamified exercises and visual demonstrations, while older students or professionals respond well to structured projects and real-world applications. Over the years, I have seen students grow from hesitant beginners to capable users who can navigate software, troubleshoot problems, and even explore programming independently. My goal is always to create an encouraging environment where learners feel supported, challenged, and motivated to explore the full potential of technology.
