Hi! I'm a UC Berkeley Honors graduate with over 7 years of experience in writing and arts education, including 3 years in classroom settings and 4+ in after-school and one-on-one tutoring. I specialize in supporting students across K–12 and college levels, with a focus on writing skills, critical thinking, and college essay preparation.
As current writing teacher and coordinator of multiple academic enrichment programs, I’ve guided hundreds of students through personal, academic, and application-based writing. Every fall, I lead college essay programs and read over 400+ application drafts, giving me a strong sense of what makes a student's voice stand out to colleges and universities. I’ve also worked extensively with neurodivergent students, especially those with ADHD, ADD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Originally from Argentina, I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 13 years and am fluent in both English and Spanish. This background allows me to connect with multilingual students and families and support those navigating academic transitions in both languages.
My approach is structured yet compassionate, tailoring each session to the student's pace and communication style, while maintaining clear expectations and consistent support. Whether your student is tackling a school essay, preparing for college applications, or just needs help organizing their thoughts, I’m here to help them build skills they’ll use far beyond the classroom and get into college!
