I’m a certified English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher with over a decade of classroom experience, including five years in Chicago and six in Los Angeles. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve worked with students in grades 5–12 and through adulthood, supporting learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I specialize in English Language Arts, ESL for Spanish and French speakers, accent reduction, creative writing, and essay writing through the college level. As a former SEL (Social Emotional Learning) Coordinator, I bring a compassionate, student-centered approach to every session, creating a safe space where learners feel confident taking risks and growing.

In addition to my classroom teaching, I’ve spent the past four years as a private English tutor, and also served as a coach for other English teachers. Most recently, I held the roles of Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach, where I helped design curriculum and guide other educators in best practices. Whether I’m supporting a student with grammar, guiding them to find their unique voice in writing, or helping reduce their accent for clearer communication, I aim to make learning joyful, personalized, and deeply empowering. I believe every student can thrive with the right support, and I’d be honored to help you or your child meet your goals.

I am a professionally trained actor with over two decades of experience in American theater, film, and performance coaching. I specialize in helping aspiring actors and public speakers refine their voice, presence, and emotional range, drawing from classical technique, Meisner, and modern improvisational tools. Whether you’re auditioning for a role or strengthening your stage confidence, I offer transformative, individualized coaching.

I’ve taught essay writing to students in grades 5–12 for over a decade, helping them master everything from basic structure to advanced analytical and persuasive writing. With a BA in English from a writing-intensive program and experience as both a lead teacher and instructional coach, I know how to break down the writing process into clear, achievable steps. With over a decade of experience as a teacher and instructional coach, I’ve led countless professional development sessions and trainings for educators across various settings. In addition to coaching teachers, I am also a seasoned public speaker in the wellness and Human Design space, having hosted workshops and delivered speeches to diverse audiences.
