Hi, there! I I believe I’m well-equipped to tutor in several subjects based on my educational background and past teaching experiences. I earned my B.S. in Neuroscience from UC Riverside, graduating magna cum laude with a 3.84 GPA, and I’m currently working toward my Doctor of Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to tutor and teach in a variety of settings. One of the most meaningful experiences was with School on Wheels, where I worked one-on-one with unhoused children to help them stay on track academically despite the challenges they faced. I’ve also been a Sunday School teacher at my church since 2017, teaching younger kids both moral and spiritual lessons through weekly classes, activities, and community-building events.
During undergrad, I also participated in the Future Physician Leaders program, where I gave presentations on emergency care topics to local community members, which taught me how to break down complex ideas into something clear and approachable. In addition to that, I’ve held leadership roles in student clubs where I helped organize events, run discussions, and support others in their learning. Overall, I’ve worked with students of various ages—from young children to adults—and in different formats, including one-on-one tutoring, group teaching, and community outreach. These experiences have helped me develop a flexible, supportive approach to teaching, and I’m excited to keep helping others succeed academically.
