I have in class teacher aide experience from 1st to 8th grade and have tutored students in both 1-on-1 and small group settings up to 12th grade.
My methodologies are centered around teaching students the fundamentals on learning so that they can approach answers through their own effort as knowing how to learn is a lifetime skill. Learning can only be achieve in a comfortable safe environment where failure is accepted as part of the process, not the ending of it. I find great fulfillment in the "aha" moments that students find meeting their goals.
