EDUCATOR
Since 2006, I’ve worked with students of all ages, particularly young adults passionate about writing. At Oregon State University, I taught English Composition and Fiction Writing, creating engaging lessons that made writing approachable.
BOOK EDITOR
Since 2014, I’ve provided developmental edits for authors, including Pulitzer Prize winner Viet Thanh Nguyen. I also edited teens’ memoirs for the I Witness series by Norton, reviewed in the New York Times Sunday Book Review. This work sharpened my ability to bring out the best in diverse literary voices.

Since 2021, I’ve been a Writing Coach, helping clients achieve their writing goals, secure scholarships, and gain acceptance into prestigious graduate programs. I also run a weekly creativity and literature newsletter with over 130 subscribers.
