I am a Software and Data Engineer with dual degrees in Neuroscience (B.S.) and Computer Science (M.S.). I have a strong passion for tutoring and sharing my skills with others, particularly in web programming, data analytics, machine learning, and AI. Whether you are struggling with the basics of programming or looking to deepen your technical skill set, I focus on building a clear, intuitive understanding of how code actually works.

For beginners, this means breaking down core concepts like variables, control flow, functions, data structures, debugging, and problem-solving strategies in a way that feels logical instead of overwhelming.

I specialize in data analysis and web application development using Python and Java, and I have deep expertise in SQL and relational database systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Before working as a Data Engineer, I spent over two years tutoring 9th–12th grade students in a range of STEM subjects, most recently AP Computer Science. During my master’s program, I ran my own independent tutoring business, working directly with students to design personalized learning plans and build strong technical foundations before later expanding my work through platforms like Wyzant.

Very friendly and understood where I was struggling.

I was struggling a lot just understanding the concepts and I felt like I was drowning with coding. Sina was able to communicate things to me in a digestible way that made it easier for me to understand how functions work and now python isn't as overwhelming as it was when I first started.
