I’m Jared! In college, I spent a lot of time mentoring underclassmen and prospective students in basic math, physics, and engineering concepts. My approach involves encouraging mentees to break problems down into smaller, more digestible chunks, and having them tackle each problem piecewise. This way, my mentees can learn to identify patterns between different flavors of problems on their own, and be better equipped for handling the curveballs typical to high school and college exams.
Before college I spent a lot of time tutoring middle schoolers in math and science and I’m very excited to get back into it as a new resident of Los Angeles! My objective is to inspire the next generation of engineers, mathematicians, and scientists by empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
