Hi! I would also love to tutor students who need help in the SAT or ACT Math/Science section. I have helped numerous students raise their scores by over 100+ points. Personally, I have scored a 35 on the ACT and 1510 on the SAT with perfect scores in the Math section for both tests. I will cover key strategies and share my personal test-taking tips, as well as solve practice questions. My goal is to help students gain the necessary skills and confidence on the day of the exam.
Throughout all my sessions, I emphasize on deeply understanding each question. As I work with students, I try to understand the logic behind their answer choice, even if they are incorrect. When solving a multiple choice question with my student, I help students understand not only why one of these answer choices is correct, but also why the other answer choices are incorrect. I truly believe that every student learns differently, so I am flexible in my curriculum offering collaborative questions, visual diagrams, and fun projects!
