I have been teaching mostly physics, astronomy, algebra, calculus, trigonometry and chemistry for the last eleven years at various urban, suburban and rural high schools – both in Texas and California. Over those years, I have committed myself to growing more as a professional by offering my talents within both public and private educational environments. I have worked with many students of various socioeconomic backgrounds who come with many degrees of talent and need, and I have earnestly striven to make them successful in overcoming the customary challenges that come with learning science with mathematics. And in conjunction with always providing a rigorous program, I have lived by the abiding belief that students must have a welcoming classroom environment in which to nurture their creative energies when interpreting and doing science and mathematics.
I have a great passion for teaching, and have strong references.
I possess both a BS and an MS Physics
