Hello,

I'm Miss Sonne, happy to teach you math. I graduated with a Credential in Math from Cal State Long Beach. I have been teaching math to students in grades 6-12 for 11 years.

Having conversations about the course material is essential to learning. There’s not always time for this in the classroom, but there is with tutoring. With one-on-one instruction, I can individualize the strategies I use for a class, and ensure the content is mastered.

I studied for my SAT with Ora, and while I don’t have my scores back yet, it’s easy to tell my confidence with the math section has shot right up. She has a lot of great resources to work with, and is great at targeting weaknesses. She’s super chill and is there to help you improve. Great tutor, highly recommend!
