Hey there! Great to meet you. My name is Adam. I'm a third-year internal medicine resident who is passionate about medical education. I began tutoring for USMLE Step 1 and 2 during medical school and never looked back. Each one of the students I have worked with quickly became a close friend, and it is a joy to celebrate with each one as they pass their exams.
In college, I studied bioengineering and graduated summa cum laude. I spent the first few years of medical school learning the ropes myself, but I quickly realized I was missing tutoring. During my third and fourth years of medical school, I summarized our entire preclinical curriculum into rapid review documents to help prepare for quizzes and tests. These review documents are highly utilized to this day. During COVID, I started a medical education Instagram page that created daily, free USMLE-style practice questions. As a resident, the tutoring has continued, and I was blessed to be voted Intern Teacher of the Year for my program.
Though I'm deeply passionate about medicine, I'm far more passionate about maintaining a healthy work-life balance in what can otherwise be an all-consuming career. My goal is to help students develop healthy boundaries with medicine while excelling academically. I wish you all the best and hope to meet soon!
