Dear Students/Parents,

My name is Linda, and I would like to take this opportunity to give you a brief introduction of myself. I graduated from Beijing Normal University, which is well known for teaching students to become future educators/professors in higher education. I have over ten years of experience in teaching high school students in China to a class of over 50 students in subjects such as biology, algebra/calculus, and physics. I was born and raised in Beijing, China, making me fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

In the past few years, I have been dedicated in tutoring Mandarin Chinese. I work with many families/students ranging from K-12 to adults in throughout Orange County, CA. My tutoring lesson consists of several sets of curriculum/study workbooks specific to a variety of tutoring needs. These study lessons range from elementary to high school to university level coursework that aims to help students progress/excel at each level based on personal targets and goals. I also mentor students to improve test scores, coach with homework, and teach writing and speech.

Throughout my entire career, teaching has been the fundamental thing that I enjoy the most and is where my heart truly lies. It is my primary focus to help students excel by being confident in the subject matter, engaging in the learning process, and most importantly enjoying new skills. I have very high expectation of myself as a teacher as well as of my students. My goal is to help you excel and share my my passion for knowledge in each and every tutoring session.
