I am currently a Business and Economics double major at Southwestern University, where I have consistently maintained top-level academic performance. My strong academic foundation includes advanced coursework in economics, business analytics, calculus, statistics, and writing. In addition to my studies, I have several years of tutoring experience that spans a variety of subjects and student levels.
At Southwestern University, I served as an on-campus economics tutor from August 2023 to May 2024. I worked with students in both microeconomics and macroeconomics, helping them build a solid understanding of theoretical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and exam preparation strategies. Prior to this, I provided remote tutoring from 2021 to 2023 for high school students, where I specialized in all levels of high school math, from Algebra I and II to Pre-Calculus and Calculus AB/BC. I also led English essay workshops, assisting students in strengthening their writing skills, grammar, and essay structure.
My tutoring approach is centered on adapting to each student’s learning style and breaking down complex material into clear, understandable steps. I aim to not only help students succeed in their current courses but also to build confidence and long-term academic skills. I have worked with a wide range of students, from middle school through college, and am comfortable with both in-person and online sessions.
