ADHD
I also understand the struggles that ADHD comes with, including the emotional toll that tutoring can have. For students with ADHD I give two 2 minute breaks and one 5 minute break for every consecutive hour of tutoring, or as your child needs. I can provide visual aids for children with ADHD for difficult concepts.

I have tutored autistic students as well. If your child benefits from visuals or tactile or other accommodations I can assist in some cases. I am very flexible with whatever your child's study needs are.

I prefer to have one tutoring session with your child or meet with you before you decide if I am a good fit for your child. After that you may choose to stick with me or find a different tutor. Thank you for taking the time to consider my for your child.

To contact me please send a message through WyzAnt, and I will get back to you withing 24 hours (same as my cancellation window). During Holidays I am unavailable. If a weekly session lands on a holiday, I will skip that week. Family is important, so I believe students should spend their time with their parents and/or guardians on holidays.

Knowledgeable and Patient

Nick was able to help my kids prepare for upcoming Algebra tests. He was very prepared for the session, and was able to help the boys understand some difficult concepts.

Nick is a wonderful and patient, flexible tutor

Nick has helped us so much with our daughter. She is a creative thinker. After a few sessions, Nick was able to think outside of the box and come up with some great games to teach math. He is very sensitive and patient with her needs. We are so grateful!

Best Tutor Ever!

I highly recommend Nick as a tutor. I have a very shy boy who is also a slow learner. In just one session he was able to teach my son a concept he just could never grasp at school. He feels so much more confident. We then had Nick come in and help with Science and again, it made all the difference in the world. THANK YOU NICK!
