My bachelor degree was Applied translation studies so I am good at translating Chinese to English as well as English to Chinese. I was a tutor in China since 2015. I got my master’s degree in Language and Learning from the State University of New York at Fredonia.

Haiying helped me translate instructions from Chinese to English. She reviewed the materials in advance and was prepared with notes at the time of our call. She also had me repeat the instructions to ensure that I understood her correctly. I liked that she was thorough. She is currently based in Southern China, which makes the time difference from California a bit challenging, but would work with her again.
