I have a Masters in Computer Science with 16+ years of professional experience as a software engineer working with core Java, Java EE, Javascript (JQuery, Angular, React, and React Native), CSS, HTML5, and Python. During my professional career I worked for large companies including GE, Walt Disney and Google. Currently I work as Software Engineer for Google.

I have a Masters in Computer Science with 16+ years of professional experience as a software engineer working with core Java, Java EE, Javascript (JQuery, Angular, React, and React Native), CSS, HTML5, and Python. During my professional career I worked for large companies including GE, Walt Disney and Google. Currently I work as Software Engineer for Google.
Programming is not only my work, it is my craft and hobby too: I have been writing programs since I got my first computer at the age of 10.

I am passionate about teaching, as a matter of fact I started tutoring computer science/programming in high school, and lectured many Java programming courses during my university years. My approach to tutoring is simple yet powerful: focusing on the areas where the student struggles and making sure they understand core concepts and have strong foundations to build on. Therefore all lessons are customized to individual needs.

In addition to that I am also available as a technical interview coach. Having conducted hundreds of technical interviews as an interviewer I am sure I can help anyone take a big step forward to landing at their dream job. As a software engineer I am responsible for designing and implementing software applications. Implementation involves writing programs in different programming languages. I have been programming mainly in Java and Javascript the last 16 years. In addition to that I tutored students in topics required by computer programming such as algorithms, data structures, and problem solving. As tech interview coach I also guided them through many different programming questions that are typically used during job interviews.

Since I got my first computer (Commodore 64) at age of 10 I became passionate about Computer Science. I work as a Software Engineer at Google and hold Masters degree in Computer Science. I am a Sun Certified Java Programmer and have been using Java for the last 16+ years since 1.4 version came out. Through those years I learned and mastered Java with all of the technologies around it. Most students I tutored in programming learned Java, which is an excellent choice as the first programming language. With its easy to understand syntax, versatility and strong developer community I would recommend everyone with or with no programming experience to learn. Great choice for enterprise, web and mobile development.
JQuery

JQuery

I have almost 10 years of experience with working with JQuery and Javascript (the language JQuery is based on). JQuery is a fast and small Javascript library with support for document traversal, event handling and animation. With JQuery it is easy to write code that will work across different browsers. From form validation to interactive dashboards and navigation menus JQuery is a versatile tool that I kept using for many of projects over the years. I can help students with or without prior Javascript experience to learn and master this library.

Like most developers using terminal on Linux or (macOS) is part of my daily work. I am proficient using different shells (e.g. bash, zsh or fish) and I gained experience developing shell scripts to make my development workflow effective. I have a Masters in Computer Science.

Istvan helped me with many key System Design Concepts. He provided good Information that has both breadth and depth. He also provided number of examples, use case scenarios.
