I have been tutoring for over 10 years and have experience working with students of all age ranges and backgrounds, from elementary school to college. My certifications include the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) and the California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET) in Chemistry. I also have experience working in non-profit organizations with troubled students from disadvantaged backgrounds, who often struggle with low motivation or poor foundational skills.

I have a knack for identifying and addressing a student's weaknesses. Additionally, I focus on teaching my students how to be self-sufficient and organized in preparation for college and long-term success. I take pride in my students' performance and consider their success a measure of my own.

I was a straight-A student who graduated cum laude from CSU Fullerton with a BA in psychology and a focus on pre-med sciences. In addition to tutoring students, I have led numerous study groups and provided tutoring to many of my classmates. I strive to help my students develop strong study skills for the future.
