Ms. Virgina helped him review what was missing, fill the gaps while they were also keeping up with the current homework and test. Ms. Virgina is very experienced and organized, she uses the time efficiently, identifies what the student needs, explain to them and revisit to ensure they have digested it. She also provides summaries to me so I know what is going on. It takes time but my son is feeling more comfortable going to his classes in school now and has been making a lot progress in catching up. She is also very flexible with our requests. There had been a couple times that my son was late and couldn't text her (because he is not allowed to use his phone in school) and Ms. Virgina was very understanding. I would highly recommend Ms. Virgina if you need a Spanish tutor.

Excellent Spanish tutor
We contacted Virginia after my daughter switched schools and we realized she had some learning gaps between Spanish 1 at the old school and Spanish 2 at the new school. My daughter was very stressed out with a D in the class. Virginia was patient and caring and helped my daughter work on the gaps she missed in Spanish 1 as well as the current curriculum to improve her grade in Spanish 2. After a few months of weekly lessons, my daughter ended the semester with a B+ and a better understanding of the language.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor
Virginia has been tutoring my son's high school Spanish class for a couple of months. Just a few weeks before the winter break, he was getting Cs in his quizzes and seemed to lose motivation to study and catch up. We tried one session with Virginia, which was very encouraging. I was happy that my teenage son did not refuse to continue the session next week, so we started tutoring once a week. Virginia is not only knowledgeable but also patient. She helps my son with homework, quiz practice, and expand on what’s taught in school. I can see his grade is coming back gradually. In late Feb and March before the school closed, he got A- in his last 2-3 quizzes, which is a big improvement. Now we are doing online tutoring sessions with Virginia. Thank you much for bring back my son’s confidence and motivation to learn a foreign language.

Best Spanish Tutor
Virginia helped with Spanish 3 for Junior year at High school. She is very fluent in Spanish and is an excellent teacher. She is patient and very knowledgeable. She guide me through and my score increased considerably. I would recommend her to any student who wants to improve their grades in Spanish.

Knowledgeable & Nice Tutor!
I've just started working with Virginia so I don't have a ton of reference but I'm excited to continue. My family is Argentine so I was looking for a native speaker who can teach me how my family speaks (ie in Castellano). Virginia was great. We spoke about my current language capacity, we went over the differences in how Argentines speak v other dialects and we dove in to our lesson. We spoke mainly in Spanish which can be difficult at times bc it requires a lot of concentration but is actually the best way to learn. I was working with her via the online portal so I'm sure in person is even better.

Effective and Knowledgeable tutor
My daughter started going to Virginia for Spanish tutoring 2 weeks prior to her first semester final. Her grade was a B+ going into Finals and after 3 sessions, she aced her final and received an A. We have continued weekly tutoring with Virginia in the 2nd semester and my daughter is currently getting a high A. Virginia is effective, knowledgeable, professional and very nice. I highly recommend her.
