I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University as an NCAA D-2 Student Athlete with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and minors in Public Health and Pre-Health Professions, finishing with a 3.8 GPA and earning a spot on the Dean's List in 8 out of 9 semesters. I'm also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society recognizing top students at AACSB-accredited schools. My academic background spans a wide range of disciplines, from data analytics and software development to healthcare, biology, and project management, which is what allows me to confidently help students across subjects rather than just one narrow area.
My teaching experience comes from my work as a private tennis and pickleball coach as well as an academic tutor, where I've worked one-on-one with students ranging from preschool age all the way to seniors. Adapting to such a wide range of learners has sharpened my ability to meet each person where they are, whether that means breaking a complex concept into simple steps for a younger student or pushing an advanced learner to think more critically.
When it comes to tutoring, I focus on building genuine understanding rather than memorization. I ask questions, work through problems alongside my students, and adjust my approach based on how they learn best. Whether you need help with math, science, writing, technology, or test prep, I bring the same dedication I applied throughout my own academic career!
