I am a senior at California State University Long Beach, majoring in Biology with a 3.4 GPA. Along with my academic studies, I hold certifications in CPR and BLS and am a licensed dental assistant. My background in the sciences has given me a solid foundation in subjects such as biology, anatomy, physiology, and ecology, and I have experience informally tutoring peers in these areas. I enjoy helping students connect complex concepts to real-world examples, which makes the learning process more approachable and rewarding.

I specialize in tutoring biology and related life sciences, as well as test preparation for these subjects. My approach is to break down topics step by step, build on that understanding, and then reinforce knowledge with practice problems and guided review. I have worked with students ages 18–20, but I also welcome the opportunity to tutor high school and middle school students. My volunteer experience in the dental field and at public libraries has helped me adapt to different learning styles and communicate effectively with students of various backgrounds.

Outside of academics, I serve as the president of my university’s Bollywood dance team and previously played the cello, earning multiple awards in performance. These experiences have shaped me into a patient, organized, and creative tutor who values discipline but also understands the importance of keeping lessons engaging.
