I have worked as a tutor for K–12 students since 2020, teaching over 100 students worldwide in both science and English. My experience spans one-on-one sessions and group instruction, both virtually and in-person, allowing me to tailor my methods to the unique needs of each learner. Currently, I tutor with Amplify and TutorMe Education, and I have previously worked with Tutor.com by The Princeton Review and BookNook. I ranked 1st in my graduating class when I earned both my Bachelor of Pharmacy and my Master’s in Pharmacy.

As a tutor, I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and exploring new ideas. I know how discouraging it can be when a concept doesn’t click right away, so I emphasize that mistakes are a natural and vital part of the learning process. My students often tell me they value my ability to simplify complex topics into clear, step-by-step explanations while keeping lessons interactive and enjoyable. I adapt my approach to each student’s learning style to make challenging material more accessible. Beyond helping students succeed in the moment, I focus on building their confidence and equipping them with long-term strategies for independent learning.

With my academic background in pharmacy, I have a deep understanding of core sciences such as biology, chemistry, anatomy, and physiology. Pharmacy training gave me a strong grasp of how the human body works on both a molecular and systemic level. My students often find these real-life connections helpful because they make theoretical ideas much easier to visualize and remember. At the same time, my years of tutoring have allowed me to support students in English reading, writing, and comprehension.
