Hello! I'm Abby! I took my first ASL class my sophomore year of high school where I finished levels 1-3 of ASL. After co-founding the ASL club at my high school and falling in love with Sign Language, I went on to major in ASL/Deaf Studies at California State University, Sacramento. I graduated with a bachelors in 2018. After a short break (and one global pandemic) I applied to El Camino College and went back to school to receive my AA in ASL Interpreting and have just recently graduated in the spring on 2025! I am currently working on my American Sign Language interpreter certification.
Throughout my days at school I have always taken on the role of ASL tutor for my friends and classmates. I always enjoyed seeing people better connect with the language that I grew to love back in 2011. I has also been a TA for well known ASL Youtuber Bill Vicars. Now that I am done with school I hope to continue helping others better understand and connect with the language.
