Hi! I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas Tech University, where I also followed the pre-med track and completed all the required coursework, including biology, chemistry, and physics courses. I’ve studied for the MCAT and deeply understand the academic challenges that come with rigorous science courses. Throughout college, I discovered a real passion for helping others learn—whether it was tutoring classmates in biology and nutrition or volunteering as an ESL tutor at our local library.
After graduating, I became a substitute teacher and worked with students ranging from preschool to high school across a wide range of subjects. I learned how to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and connect meaningfully with students from many different backgrounds. Some of my most rewarding moments came when students opened up to me with their concerns—moments that reminded me that learning is deeply personal and emotional, not just academic.
My tutoring style is adaptive and confidence-building. I take a structured, skill-based approach that meets students where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and momentum.
