I'm Ayako, a native Japanese speaker living in California for the past twenty years and taught Japanese at a Japanese language school in San Jose, California for three years. I worked as an executive secretary and restaurant owner (family restaurant) with a national cooking license in Japan and therefore have a deep understanding of Japanese business practices, customs, and social etiquette.
