Currently, I teach at Lydian Academy, where I work with students ranging from middle school to high school. I teach a diverse array of subjects, including AP and non-AP History, U.S. Government, English, Biology, Anatomy, and Physiology. My teaching is conducted in a 1-on-1 setting, allowing me to personalize my curriculum and instructional methods to meet the unique needs of each student. I specialize in working with students who face learning challenges, including autism (PDA), anxiety disorders, and other learning differences, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed.
My previous roles include managing an after-school program at Green Valley Elementary School for students aged 6-11, where I developed age-appropriate curricula, ensured student safety, and maintained strong communication with parents, school staff, and supervisors. I also have experience as an EMT-B and Field Training Officer, which strengthened my ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and provide detailed documentation—skills that enhance my teaching practice.
