I'm Victor and I have a strong technical background based on a bachelor's degree (BS) in Electronic Engineering, an additional BS in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in Electronic Engineering. 10+ Years of Senior Electronic Engineering experience focused in design and development of space systems to support U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy Space systems.

I have extensive experience teaching at college level, mentoring, and developing engineering, math and science students. I have experience teaching over +200 students per semester in a class room and also tutoring at individual level. I'm skilled in developing student's academic preparation skills. I'm a big fan of personal improvement and I'm committed to see other people reach their goals and I love to be part of other people's success. I'm fluent Bilingual (English – Spanish) and I have a lot of experience working with the American and Hispanic community.

My experience tells me that the root cause of academic performance problems, in many instances, is not related to a lack of effort or willingness, or interest. My experience has shown that in most instances, the root cause is found on the way the subject is presented and explained in combination with the right study skills. In addition, I like to make emphasis in the thought process involved when a problem is worked.
