Hello! My name is Amneek, and I’m an incoming J.D. candidate at UC Davis School of Law. I earned my B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminology from CSU Fresno State, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and received multiple academic honors, including recognition on the President’s List. During my undergraduate years, I served as a writing and social science tutor at the Fresno State Learning Center and through external programs. My passion for education is rooted in helping students develop clarity and confidence in their work. I strive to make tutoring approachable, personalized, and centered on long-term growth. Whether it’s structuring an argument, organizing ideas, or reviewing final drafts, I focus on equipping students with skills they can carry forward.
In recent years, I’ve worked closely with students preparing for law school—offering tailored support for LSAT preparation, personal statements, and application strategy. I scored in the 90th percentile on the LSAT (165+) and have reviewed dozens of admissions essays and materials for students from a variety of backgrounds. In addition to academic tutoring, I’ve interned in both public and private legal sectors, including the D.C. office of U.S. Senator Alex Padilla and the local District Attorney’s Office. There, I supported legal research, drafted memos, handled casework, and translated for clients in Punjabi and Hindi. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of what law schools look for and how to help students communicate their strengths effectively.
If you're applying to law school, working on your writing, or facing academic challenges, I’d love to support your goals. I welcome student and parent input, respond promptly, and look forward to helping you succeed.
