Bio

I studied Education at university, and I hold a TESL Certificate from Greystone College in Canada and a bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Iran. These experiences have enabled me to handle all age groups of students from elementary to high school and adults.

The experience that I have obtained while teaching at different schools and colleges for more than 15 years helps me to distinguish the needs of my students and apply a method to master the language. So no matter what age group...

The experience that I have obtained while teaching at different schools and colleges for more than 15 years helps me to distinguish the needs of my students and apply a method to master the language. So no matter what age group you belong to, we can have a very successful class together.

In my tutoring classes, I use flash cards and books to teach the lessons and after each session some assignment is given to practice more and find out the mistakes , but I do not agree with lots of homework as I know it will make students overwhelmed. The way that I teach languages is very practical and my approach is communicative, however, it may vary based on the student's needs.

I have run English classes in Iran and Canada and because of my fluency in Farsi which is my first language, many Persian- Canadian citizens came to me in Canada to teach them and their children Farsi privately, as they loved to learn more about their mother tongue and the culture, art, poems and history of Iran. I look forward to hearing from you to achieve your goal in your studies.

I received my BA in English Teaching, therefore I am totally familiar with all practical methods of teaching. 15 years of teaching experience in classes in Iran and Canada has enabled me to figure out the needs of my students quickly and find the best method to help them learn English more effectively. Communication is the ultimate goal for all learners; however, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and listening are practiced a lot in my classes. Also, I have tutored many students who intended to have fast improvement. Their satisfaction and admiration were always good motivations for me to continue and master my job.

I am a Farsi speaker and it is my mother tongue. We speak this language at home with my family and relatives. I do have a bachelor's degree in Education and a TESL Certificate in English, so I exactly know the methods of teaching, no matter what the language is.
