I am a current medical student with a strong academic background in the sciences and a passion for teaching. I completed my undergraduate degree in Physics at UCLA and am now finishing medical school with honors. Throughout my training, I have excelled in subjects such as biology, chemistry, mathematics, physiology, and anatomy. I have also been involved in academic research, including presenting at a medical conference and publishing research. My education has required me to master complex material efficiently and explain it clearly.

I have experience tutoring students across a range of ages, from elementary school to college and pre-professional students, primarily in one-on-one settings. I tailor my teaching style to each student’s learning needs, focusing on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than rote memorization. I emphasize active learning, breaking down difficult topics into manageable pieces, using real-world examples, and checking for understanding throughout each session. My goal is not only to help students perform better on exams, but also to help them gain confidence in their ability to learn challenging material.

As a medical student, I understand firsthand how overwhelming rigorous coursework can feel, and I strive to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment. I work collaboratively with students to identify their weak areas, develop effective study strategies, and improve problem-solving skills.
