Hello! My name is Philip. I have over 16 years of experience in the music industry. I have toured the world, played in chart topping bands like "Palaye Royale" and worked with grammy nominated producers like Graham Edwards (Britney Spears, Korn, INXS).

In 2016, I attended "Musicians Institute" College Of Contemporary music in Hollywood, California and graduated with a scholarship and awards. I’ve been a professional guitar player for 15 years and can also sing, play bass, piano & drums.

I am Apple certified in Logic Pro X & have been producing in Logic for over 11 years. I can help students of all ages develop skills in songwriting, recording, producing, mixing and mastering in Logic Pro X. I can teach you how to get the most out of Logic’s powerful stock plugins, instruments & other amazing features that Logic offer.

I also have extensive knowledge with third party plugins like Waves, Izotope, Fabfilter, Soundtoys, Toontrack’s Superior Drummer 3 & can teach those as well. My specialities are Rock, Pop, Alternative & Metal, but I’m open to all genres.

I have over a decade experience in teaching and love seeing my students grow and develop their craft. I will customize the lessons for each students needs, set goals and make the learning process fun! If your a beginner or an advanced user, these lessons are perfect for you!

I had my own music production online teaching business and am very familiar with teaching students online. I work as a producer, mixer and mastering engineer. I know exactly how to take a song from scratch to a finished mixed, mastered & release ready product in Logic Pro X. I specialize in helping musicians/artists become independent and do all of this from their home without having to hire an engineer or a recording studio.

My songwriting has been recognized by music industry professionals like Robin Randall (Music judge at Emmy awards) and Barry Squire (A&R at Warner Bros, Geffen, Colombia). I have over 15 years of experience writing songs for my bands that went on to tour the entire world, win major competitions and share stages with renowned bands like Clutch, Ozzy Osbourne, Stone Sour and more. I have co-written, collaborated and written hundreds of songs in the rock, hard rock, pop, pop-rock and alternative style. I have been teaching songwriting for the last 10 years. I can teach you countless different approaches to writing a song so you never get stuck, what mindset to have, structure, melody, rhythm, instrumentation, dynamics, and even use music theory when necessary to better understand why a song works and when it doesn't work.
