I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southern California, completing rigorous coursework in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and physiology. I have taken the MCAT and have been admitted to the Georgetown SMP Biophysics and Physiology program, where I will continue advanced graduate level science training. I currently work as a medical scribe at City of Hope, gaining daily exposure to clinical medicine and applying core scientific concepts in real world settings. This background allows me to tutor biology and chemistry with both depth and practical relevance, especially for students preparing for exams or pursuing healthcare related paths.

I also have two years of experience coaching varsity basketball, which strengthened my communication skills and ability to mentor teenagers. In addition, I have provided one on one tutoring in Algebra, AP History, chemistry, and biology, tailoring sessions to each student’s needs and learning style.

As a tutor, I prioritize concept mastery over memorization. I simplify complex topics using clear explanations, analogies, and step by step problem solving. Having overcome academic challenges myself, I bring empathy, structure, and a strong focus on helping students build confidence and effective study habits that extend beyond a single exam.
