Originally from Torrance, CA, I've always loved teaching and helping others. I myself have benefitted from 1-on-1 tutoring at local libraries and office hours with professors who were patient and kind enough to support me even when I didn't believe in myself. I hope to provide this same encouragement and academic support to other students, no matter what stage they are in their journey!
My engineering background has made me a strong teacher in a variety of STEM subjects, ranging from classic ones like algebra 1, calculus, or physics to more niche ones like linear algebra and thermodynamics. But I grew up an avid reader and writer and amateur historian, and thus also have strong experience with the humanities: I feel confident teaching a range of history topics (APUSH, WHAP), helping students write for both academic and personal purposes (college essays, English assignments, and overall helping students improve their writing, grammar, and reading comprehension. And for any high school students worried about AP or college application season, I also developed a great deal of successful strategies that helped me through those stressful times that I would be happy to share with you!

Besides tutoring my peers throughout high school both informally and through school clubs, during my time at Harvard, I've spent time teaching both virtually and in person, both here in the US and abroad. I've spent summers teaching students engineering, business, and financial principles through the Harvard TECH center, and have traveled abroad to countries like the UAE and India to teach workshops on college admissions and entrepreneurship.
