As a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a minor in Aeronautical Studies, I bring both a strong academic foundation and real-world aviation experience to my tutoring. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List, which reflects my commitment to academic excellence. I currently hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument and ASEL ratings, along with a Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certificate and Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) certificate.

My tutoring journey began at Embry-Riddle, where I worked as a Peer Counselor. In that role, I provided one-on-one tutoring and ground lesson support for students in the College of Aviation, especially those enrolled in FA-121 and FA-221 courses. I worked closely with students to prepare them for critical checkrides and stage checks, tailoring my instruction to their individual learning styles and technical needs. My approach is patient, thorough, and structured—I believe in building strong foundational knowledge while also boosting confidence through repetition, visualization, and scenario-based learning.

Most of my students have been college-level aviation majors, but I am equally comfortable working with high school students or adult learners preparing for FAA exams. My bilingual ability (fluent in English and proficient in Korean) allows me to connect with a diverse range of students, and I take pride in making complex material more accessible. I strive to make each session engaging, relevant, and results-driven.
