I am a second-year J.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. I graduated from the University of Chicago in June 2025 with a B.A. in economics and public policy and a joint M.A. in International Relations. In high school, I took precalculus, AP Calc BC (5 with AB subscore 5), AP Stats (5), and discrete math; I scored a 1580 on the SAT with an 800 on math. At UChicago, I took Calc II (integration), Calc III (infinite series, improper integrals, multivariable integral calculus), Mathematical Methods for Economic Analysis (vectors, Lagrangians, linear programming, optimization), Linear Algebra, Statistical Models and Methods (probability, random variables, binomial and normal distributions, sampling distributions, linear regression), and Econometrics.

I have tutored for over 5 years and I have experience tutoring math (levels from elementary math through Precalculus and AP Statistics/Probability) and English (elementary through middle school, including grammar and vocabulary). I tutor students with the goal of them walking away with the ability to solve problems independently without the help of a tutor. I am patient with students and check their understanding at each step of the way to ensure they fully grasp the concepts.

I received 10+ qualifying bids to the ToC and was the youngest student from my high school to receive a bid. In addition, I received multiple top 10 speaker awards and championed the UC Berkeley Round Robin my junior year. I have extensive experience in argument writing, speaking drills, and research.

I took AP Statistics in high school and several advanced statistics classes at UChicago, so I understand how to make problems approachable for students while showing them what mistakes to avoid. Jennifer is a rare find. We were skeptical that online tutoring would work for our son, especially with his ADHD—but Jennifer completely exceeded our expectations. I wasn’t very well prepared so we went through some course work. Tutor was perfect. I will definitely do well in math with Jennifer as my tutor. Her math skills are really good. She was able to explain every concept perfectly and was very patient when I didn’t understand the process.

Jennifer was very helpful. She was able to quickly turn around practice questions that we had asked her to help with and then on the scheduled session she helped explain the problems my son had difficulty understanding.
