Ruthless and Uncaring. Students Beware!
I experienced a technical issue with my computer when I logged in to begin a tutoring session with Marcus. I messaged him immediately that I did not have audio working. He proceeded to bill me a fee equaling more than the hourly tutoring session he charges. He declined to work with me with my schedule and was extremely difficult to communicate with and uncaring about my computer issues or me.
DIEGO, 2 lessons with MarcusTutor responded:Student was billed a cancellation fee in accordance with published policies equal to the scheduled session fee. Due to the circumstances, I did offer to waive the fee by offering a replacement session free of charge. However, I was unavailable the day that the student requested and they declined to reschedule for a day that I was available.

we reviewed an article that was published in the journal of Nutrition titled, "Maternal and Child Dietary Diversity are associated in Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Ethiopia."
