Ravi is a graduate from high school already and currently a junior studying Computer Science at the University of San Francisco. Math is one of his passions, and as a Computer Science student, Ravi has had to develop strong math skills. He has completed coursework in Calculus and Analytic Geometry, Discrete Mathematics, Intro to Computer Science I, II, and C & Systems Programming. All of this coursework allows him to succeed in his math and Computer Science understanding. He also has programming skills which he was able to grasp onto because of his level of math capability.
Ravi tutored college students while he was a Teacher Assistant for a Calculus course. He managed a class of over 20 students, and made sure that each student was on top of the material. If the students did not understand the material, Ravi would invite the student to meet individually after class or during a scheduled time for one on one tutoring. He wants to help students gain the most out of learning so that they are ready to tackle even the most difficult questions they may encounter.
Ravi wants to ensure junior high school and high school students are feeling confident in their abilities, and are able to shape up their weaknesses into strengths. He enjoys working with students who come from a variety of levels on Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and other math subjects.
