I graduated from Berkeley with a Chemistry degree, with a focus on Material Science. Despite my technical background, I have extensive teaching experience (7 years), which have ranged from private one-on-one tutoring to 200 student lecture halls. I believe that varied teaching experiences has helped me be a better educator and communicator as it has helped me adapt to many different student needs, pacing, and learning styles. I've been a drop-in tutor for 3 years, where it was more of a one-on-one tutoring style session, and a lecturer/Teaching Assistant for 2 years, where I've had 20 student sections to 200 student lecture halls. I have also been a private tutor on Wyzant for approximately 5 years.

While Chemistry is my strong suit, I have a great affinity with Math and the other sciences as well. Math has always been a strong partner for my Chemistry life and I enjoy it. I have privately tutored Math for 6 years.

I am quite flexible on my hours and I am quite patient. I remember when I struggled on new content and learning a new subject is not easy. I'll do my best to accommodate your learning style as well as guiding you to a better understanding of the subject.
