I’ve had hundreds of hours tutoring both high school and college students, and as a General Chemistry TA. I’m very comfortable explaining the same topic in different ways depending on how you learn. In sessions, we’ll be collaborative: you’ll talk through your thinking, and I’ll help guide you through any gaps. I’ve been tutoring the MCAT for 6+ months, and whether you’re just starting content review or deep into practice problems, I got you. I’ve guided students through everything from AAMC Section Bank to UWorld passages, and I’m very familiar with how the test asks questions and what patterns show up again and again. One of my first MCAT students came to me after a 501 on her first attempt, and after a few months of consistent sessions, she raised her score to a 516 on her retake.

For the science sections of the MCAT, I teach a strategy approach of how to break down each section's passage efficiently and common answer strategies, as well as how to avoid traps (what to read vs skim, how to use figures, and how to predict what AAMC asks so you stop losing points to “I knew this but didn’t see it.”).  

Especially, if you are struggling with CARS, I'm the most experienced with that (132 CARS) and enjoy teaching it the most! I have a curriculum on how to break down a passage and sure-fire question strategies that, by using, you will get the question right 90% of the time.

Best CARS Tutor EVER!

HIGHLY rec shreya if you are struggling with CARS and constantly getting the same score. I almost gave up but with Shreya's passage breakdown tips and 3 question approach strategies, I was able to go from a 118 to 124 on my next full length!!! Super helpful overall, honestly just wish I had started working with her sooner to refine my strategy.
