I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Sciences and a Dean’s List honoree. I am also an incoming medical student with extensive upper-division coursework in Anatomy and Physiology, Neuroscience, Microbiology, Medical Terminology, Exercise Physiology, and EKG Interpretation. I am also a certified EKG Technician, which supports my ability to tutor cardiovascular physiology and rhythm interpretation.
During my undergraduate studies, I served as an Anatomy and Physiology teaching assistant and tutor, providing one-on-one and small-group support to college-level students. My focus was on clarifying complex concepts, reinforcing foundational knowledge, and preparing students for exams.
In addition, I have one year of experience as a public speaking and debate instructor, working primarily with middle school and high school students in both classroom and individualized settings to build confidence, organization, and clear communication skills.
I also have approximately three years of neuroscience research experience, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to explain scientific material accurately and accessibly. My tutoring approach is student-centered, adaptable, and focused on building both understanding and confidence across science and communication-focused subjects.
