I'm Ethan! As an experienced tutor, I will help you achieve your educational goals. If you answered yes to any of these questions, you've come to the right place!

I have over 7 years of tutoring experience working with a wide range of learning styles and academic backgrounds. During this time, I've worked with more than 250 students at both the high school and college levels. Tutoring and private teaching are my primary focus, and I work with students on both a short-term basis and in ongoing, long-term basis.

Most of my students see significant improvements in their grades and feel more confident within a semester. I've also helped students prepare successfully for AP exams, college midterms/finals, the SAT, and the MCAT.

I am passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential and love seeing when students have that "aha" moment. I adapt to each student's learning style and create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Zoom is the primary place I conduct lessons and we can focus on learning concepts, practice homework problems, and/or test prep.

I graduated magma cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of California, Riverside and worked as a volunteer researcher. I took a professional tutor training course and earned a CRLA certificate. I worked with students in the Norco College Upward Bound Program at Centennial High School and as a STEM Supplemental Instruction Leader at Norco College.

Ethan has tutored me in PHYS 260 and now he is helping me in PHYS 270. He can easily explain and derive equations that allows me to have a deeper understanding of physics. He can answer every question I have and takes great notes which he sends to me after. He definitely helped me pass PHYS 260 and will help me achieve the same thing in PHYS 270.

First, I have him tutoring my daughter (senior high) for a Physic AP test and then Physic AP Exam. He's very knowledgeable and very clear in teaching. Unlike others, he covers a lot of things within an hour section which my daughter likes.
