I am a credentialed Spanish teacher and native speaker with over five years of experience teaching Spanish at both the high school and university levels. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Navarra, one of Spain’s leading universities, and currently teach Spanish I and II in Southern California. My experience includes working with adolescents and college-level students in academic settings, supporting the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through structured and communicative instruction. I offer individualized online tutoring tailored to each student’s course requirements and learning objectives, including targeted preparation for AP Spanish Language coursework and assessments.

Previously, I taught university-level Spanish in Spain in an immersive environment, assisting international students in improving their grammatical accuracy, communication skills, and academic language proficiency. I also prepared university students for the DELE C1 exam, achieving a 100% pass rate among those who sat it. I specialize in supporting students enrolled in Spanish 1 through AP Spanish Language, as well as in college-level Spanish courses, with particular emphasis on verb conjugations, sentence structure, the distinction between the preterite and the imperfect, and subjunctive usage.
