I have several years of experience in advanced STEM coursework and research, and I specialize in breaking down complex material into clear, manageable steps. As a first-generation college student, I understand how important individualized support is and strive to create a supportive, encouraging learning environment for every student.
I tutor Spanish, English as a Second Language (ESL), math through AP Calculus, advanced biology, and college essay writing. I have experience working as a Spanish teaching assistant, where I supported students in developing conversational skills, grammar, and written expression. In addition, I have worked as an ESL tutor and have provided tutoring in math and biology, helping students strengthen fundamentals, improve grades, and prepare for exams. My approach focuses on building deep conceptual understanding rather than memorization, and I tailor each session to the student’s goals, whether that means homework support, test preparation, skill-building, or writing development.
